- MMmwinokerDec 12, 20231.0Went down in November to talk to Paul Shoemaker about getting a sign for our friend’s cabin - he told us it could be done by Xmas as a gift. Paul said he’d work up some ideas and have it sent for approval in a week or so. Thanksgiving came and no word. I sent reminder texts and eventually Paul responded once saying sorry, holidays and all - and he’d send me something by that Friday. Never heard from him again. Seemed like a nice guy just very unprofessional and unreliable. Can’t recommend the company to anyone with that poor service.

- NDNathan DiltsOct 13, 20221.0I’ve been on the board of our subdivision since May. We were under contract to have new signs installed by this company since before then, so at least 6 months. Four payments were sent. Since that date, no signs have been installed. We were given about four dates when they would be completed, most recently it was “last Tuesday and finished Wednesday” and then it was “next Thursday fine Friday.” We’re a week later and no product. Things happen and can be difficult for small companies and that’s understandable but at this point we are doubting the signs have even been created, and have pulled out of the contract due to multiple failed promises of installation date.
