- DDD DMar 11, 20261.0Thought we set up an appointment for passport renewal for our 79 yr old parents. Had a confirmation but they said it didn't go through so wouldn't take us. Our bad on not double checking that everything was submitted however, the employee did not have to treat us so poorly. He was plain rude. Perhaps some retraining is needed on customer service!

Apparently this is the usual at this post office. There was only one person working the desk. After finally making it to the front of the line, they had difficulties finding my package, resulting in me standing around for 30 minutes while they frantically searched for it. I’ve lost all confidence in this post office’s ability to manage mail.

And that’s saying something because I’ve lived a lot of places. They can’t even manage to deliver mail. Count your blessings if you do get it.
