The lady whose name I don’t know, was continually rude to my daughter in law the several times she was there to collect. Athens said that the packages had been placed in wrong PO Box. Guess it took her a while to locate them bc when I called lots of excuses and rudeness, but by golly she miraculously had them for my daughter in law to pick up. Drop off dates-6/15-22. Took us until 7/6 to get them to admit they knew they had them and allow her to pick them up. Ridiculously difficult bc someone messed up. Apologize and move on.
