Every year it is delivered for one or two days past my departure and the anywhere from a couple days to a week before I return home regardless of the dates on my mail hold form. I do not hold it over the required 30 days. I notify them early. The Chardon Post office does a terrible job handling vacation holds. I don’t know who is responsible So this reflects the entire staff, and that is a shame.

She was very rude and argumentative with me and I ended up walking out without a solution. Called this morning and Amber was very easy to work with and understood exactly what I was asking about, problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!
