The ratings of this post office speaks for itself. Generally, I am disappointed with the Chagrin Falls, Ohio post office. Usually, I engage with some pretty nasty people who really don’t care about helping you. However, today I was greeted by an employee named Mohammed. He was a breath of fresh of fresh air. He took care of my issue with a smile and professionalism. Can he please manage the whole operation? If not, give him a raise and learn by his example! Thank you. Sal Lazuka

Terrible service. Several times each month I get somebody else mail. The staff is unpleasant and unhelpful; management is uncaring. I now avoid it and use the Gate Mills PO, which is wonderful.

Spoke with Jack on the phone as we had a package that wasn't delivered. He was kind enough to research it and found the issue and told us our carrier, Julie (who we love) will be delivering it to us today. One birthday party saved!

I have been selling used books online since 2002. I am frequently at 44022 and have had no problems and the postal employees always accommodate my relatively important need of getting the book shipped. Over 60,000 items shipped (at numerous post offices) and less than 6 misfires where the package was lost and at least three of these were undoubtedly the fault of my customer, for instance by entering the wrong delivery address. All necessary information for shipping is freely available either online, by reading the walls of the post office or by inquiry. Most postal customers don't bother with any of this. And then there is the excellent pricing: other companies charge $25 to $30 for what the USPS charges $7 (Priority, up to 4 lbs.). No one can compete. I believe that I shall pack up a couple of books and troop over there, now, without a single worry about the destination of my packages.
