I lost my receipt and had a shipping label saying the package was never dropped off. Shoan took the time to find out when I came into the store, what time/day, and scanned through every single receipt in their system. Hunted through my email for shipping labels, called people, the whole nine! He did not stop until we tracked down my package! He gave me every resource he could to make sure I had all I needed to get the return where it needed to be. He is an extra mile person for sure. So grateful for his time and patience that day!!
