This place is legitimately the worst post office in America. They keep packages for a whole week. Went to pick up my package that was expected on a Thursday a whole week after it got there and the rude lady at the desk insisted it wasn’t there then went and picked it up right off a desk and said it wasn’t supposed to come that day🤦🏽♂️

Updated, I was just told again that they won't scan more than 4 packages, "they don't have to".
Well... I did a little research of USPS policy and they can't refuse to scan a package because you have more than x amount. The USPS should understand that they're putting themselves out of business.
This location is one of the worst. Very rude lady works up front too often. She actually had the gall to tell my wife that she would only give her a receipt for 4 of 8 packages because she was too busy. Excuse me? That's your job! There wasn't a line and all of the packages were prepaid with labels....she literally only had to scan and print the receipt. This location makes you realize why the post office is in rapid decline. Absolutely no regard for customers. Oh... and when I went they automatically hit the happy face on the card display so it looks like they're doing good when they're just cheating.

Poor communication and terrible customer service. What's the point of a phone if you're not going to use it? Worst post office I have ever had to use.

Tried to call the local phone number numerous times, however, no one seems to answer phone calls anymore. Now, I have to get into my car just to find out if they are holding my mail since I moved. Even though I submitted a change of address with them and someone started forwarding the mail before the date that I wanted it to start.
