I recommend you speed things up instead of chit-chatting with customers that come in and out. It's pretty disrespectful and annoying to be waiting in line and chit chatting with a customer while you're doing their transaction. When a customer comes in to a post office it shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to wait in line. That's the thing living in a small town everyone slow-paced

Now, I have to get into my car just to find out if they are holding my mail since I moved. Even though I submitted a change of address with them and someone started forwarding the mail before the date that I wanted it to start.
