Neither did the people working there. The manager told us they couldn't ship it but we could buy boxes from them. They measured all of our items and sold us boxes. Two boxes of course Didn't fit our items when we got home but I used one of them for something else. Tried to exchange the other box which they wouldn't take back without my receipt even though it says The UPS Store on it. Then they sold me another box which costed $20....Crazy. Will Definitely use a different store next time around.
