USPS should do an internal investigation and reconsider keeping somebody so rude employed as the post master at this location in Cardington Ohio. Not surprised by the other negative reviews. Shocked by the positive ones.

When I went to change my address I kept getting errors saying I would be charged $100 due to having changed my address already. Since my last name is the same as theirs, when they changed their address the post office decided to change mine as well without calling to confirm. My grandparents only put 2 people down as moving. I am currently 9 months pregnant and had extremely important packages coming which ended up being “lost” and wouldn’t show up. I’m still getting tickets in the mail saying I’ve been missed, but I am home 24/7. No one knocks, no one gets out of the truck. I have multiple places for packages to go and extremely upset I’m not getting anything. I was also told it was my fault about the address issue, and basically called a liar on Facebook in a group for morrow county when explaining the issues we have had. Doesn’t look like I’m the only one. We have been nice everytime we bring it up but with multiple calls into the office and then being told I wasn’t here to get anything we are tired of this joke.

And then when I asked for somwsomet she quickly told me to hold on very rudely... I suggest if she is so unhaoun with her job she finds a new one... Horrible experience from now on I'm sending my husband in until she is gone...
