Like most people, wish i could give zero stars. I have had certified mail come to me and they will come and knock on your door and literally run back to the truck (i have it on video thanks to my cameras). By the time I got from my bedroom to the door no one was there. This has happened every single time we get something we have to sign for. What is worse is having to go into the post office where an older woman will not treat you kindly, and is SO rude and completely difficult to deal with even implying i was lying. This woman desperately needs a lesson in customer service!!!!!! The only time she is even remotely nice is if you call her on it to her face. Honestly, I have no clue how somebody's so miserable continues to have this position when she has been mentioned in every single negative review. I will be submitting a formal complaint.

They are the worse, 6 years of incompetence returning my mail because they fail to read the town I live in but instead trying to deliver it in cardington instead of Fulton. It only gets wirse

Terrible Service. The post master was awful to deal with & speak to. USPS should do an internal investigation and reconsider keeping somebody so rude employed as the post master at this location in Cardington Ohio. Not surprised by the other negative reviews. Shocked by the positive ones.

The older lady that works in the cardington office is a very unpleasant rude lady... She treated the woman in front of me with such disrespect it was disgusting... And then when I asked for somwsomet she quickly told me to hold on very rudely... I suggest if she is so unhaoun with her job she finds a new one... Horrible experience from now on I'm sending my husband in until she is gone...
