And we need more studiers of Article Vi Section 2 of the Constitution (Supremacy Clause), Public Law 856, 70(70 Stat. 773) and PL 8 Stat 484, Universal Declaration on Human Rights, the UPU Treaty. Of 1874, Vienna Conventions on: the Law of Treaty; Consular Relations; and Diplomatic Relations, the Post Office Manual of 1952 and the Domestic Mail Manual and so much more.
