He stares into our windows every day walking past our house and won't deliver our mail. He says he feels unsafe when we NEVER threatened him. We even had a federal officer look into us and reported us to be safe to deliver to. They are punishing us, the victims, and siding with the guy who was the aggressor and retaliating. Warning to everyone not to bother reporting an issue, because they will punish you and stop delivering to your house.
