She treated me as though I am the dumbest person who ever walked. She pushed button on screen and would not allow me to have a email receipt to track package Hard receipt was given to the person behind me. What an experience. So glad I moved from Stark county 30 years ago.

I hurt my knee and sent someone to Dressler Road Post office to mail a standard size envelope thgat weighed 1.5 oz and was about 1/8" Thick. My friend I sent was told that the cheapest way to mail it would be $6.05 ??? FOR A LETTER! They charged him $6.05 and gave a TRACKING NUMBER FOR A LETTER THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. Total RIP OFF of an Elderly 73 Year old barley making ends meet and can't afford a $6.05 letter.
