The manager did nothing about it and said it was my fault. I paid for what the worker at the counter told me what the cost was to get my emergency package there on time. I do not recommend using this location! I know I wont. The manager I talked to is the owner of this particular location. He is lucky that no one died because my mother in law's pills didn't make it there on time!
