Now that new management took over the way I pay has changed, my business mail was forwarded to my old address with the updated address on file, risking identity theft and fraud done to my business. At this time I am seeking other options, because the quality of business doing I'm use to with the ups store has tanked completely! Seek other options or risk going through the extremes I'm going through just for doing business with this company. What a shame!!!

The manager did nothing about it and said it was my fault. I paid for what the worker at the counter told me what the cost was to get my emergency package there on time. I do not recommend using this location! I know I wont. The manager I talked to is the owner of this particular location. He is lucky that no one died because my mother in law's pills didn't make it there on time!
