  I’ve become a regular at this store for my job, employees are always friendly and efficient. I prefer this over the lincoln way location despite being the same distance. Genuinely a well ran store compared to other NE Ohio locations.

  I walked in to return a package. I didnt have the box tapped and I am assuming the owner proceeded to tell me that they dont tape boxes anymore due to liability reasons. I told him I come infrequently and never had a problem and he said they dont tape. Very nicely I just stated that we will just use another ups store from now on. He got very aggravated and practically threw my receipt at me and told me all ups stores have that policy. The next day my wife went to the ups store next to olive garden. She had the box tapped up due to my experience and the employee told her that she had to un tape the box so she could verify what was inside and then taped it back up. My wife told her the story I told above and she said that each store is individually owned and operated and the owner was just trying to save money by not taping boxes for customers. Staff is very rude at this location and no professional. Beware
