    I just love the ladies (and gentlman) that work here. They are soo kind and accommodating. They know me and handle my products with care and consideration. Seriously just thankful to have such wonderful people at my local post office!

    It's criminal to be on hold that long, I couldn't go beyond 35 minutes due to having a life, sad I lost THAT much time to begin with!!! Never did make my appointment to renew passports. Thank you for nothing. Sorry you feel under paid but please answer a phone.

    Live in Canfield, delivery on my street is terrible, no pickup of mail from your home mailbox and rarely get mail delivery. Little to no service. No reason given upon calling local office. Zero satisfaction.

    I wouldn't even give this post office one star. I have never been treated so rudely on so many different occasions. What is so difficult about your job that you need to display such hostility to your customers? Surely, you realize CUSTOMERS are people. Human beings. That deserve time and respect as you would require on the other side of the counter. This isn't to one specific person there, it's the entire team. I just hope other people don't have this issue. I'm writing this because today I realized that my package was sent to the wrong address (I moved literally down the road so same post office, same carrier) when I realized i called and asked how we can make sure that I get it. And this woman told me "nothing we can do" I responded, "nothing? I mean it's within walkin distance where I used to live. Same route. Same town. Same name. "So put me on hold in the middle of me speaking. Then came back and gathered information (name..address) then hung up on me. I don't know the policy of the post office But when I get mail for 3 counties over to a John Doe and that's okay, why can't I ask for my mail? Anyway now I'm ranting. Just fix your darn customer service. It's not hard. Be nice. Be polite. Smile. Fake it til you make it. Welcome to life.
