I run a small business and this delay gave my company a black eye. I sent replacements to my customers through North Lima Post Office on 1/2/2021 and they were delivered by 1/7/2021, 6 days before Canfield Office even scanned my packages mailed on 12/22/2020. there are 11 houses on my street, one day I had 5 other neighbors mail in my mailbox........
