- RMRoss MorroneJan 20, 20261.0After scheduling this appointment well over a week in advance, taking our kids out of school, taking off of work, and having all of our passport information ready to go. We arrived to be told that our appointment was cancelled 30 minutes prior. We never received the text message they said they sent, even though they had my email address on file, nor would it have been appropriate with all the logistics to be there anyway. Frustrated, I called back to understand the best day / time to guarantee the appointment and the clerk hung up on me. So, if you are looking for passports, go ANYWHERE but here. We were warned by others that this location is impossible, but it's a federal operation and we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Do not doubt it, they are terrible. It would be easier for us to mail ourselves out of the country than to get the proper required documents to do so at this location.

I run a small business and this delay gave my company a black eye. I sent replacements to my customers through North Lima Post Office on 1/2/2021 and they were delivered by 1/7/2021, 6 days before Canfield Office even scanned my packages mailed on 12/22/2020. there are 11 houses on my street, one day I had 5 other neighbors mail in my mailbox........
