- KHKristin Holman6 days ago2.0Good day I moved here a few months ago to my current address and some of the mail belong to the previous person like some magazine stuff that I don’t wish to have so I put it back in the return drop thing at the bottom of the mailbox just so that I can go back to the right person today. I checked the mail and the mail carrier decided to write you in circle like being very smart for no reason one of them was an accident with Spectrum it must’ve been attached to the other mail, but the other person he circled you and the previous person was also on it. anyway I don’t want it at all mail it’s for Deborah or current residence which would’ve said there’s a previous person‘s name or resident I don’t want it so that’s why putting it back at the return sender instead of being being rude. You can simply just leave a proper form on me how to stop those papers or the magazines for coming to me. The carrier didnt have to be sassy. No one likes a sassy person for, especially who is being dramatic for no reason.

- BBBeckie BoringFeb 2, 20261.0Spent 30 minutes on their phone system desperately trying to talk to any actual person and not an automated message that incorrectly handles everything you tell it. It flat out refused to connect me to an actual human no matter what I tried. If I can’t even talk to an actual person, what is the point of having a phone number at all? Not to mention I’ve had them forget to leave notices or not even try to deliver my packages when I’m literally waiting by the door, so I can sign for it and not have to waste my day coming to try and pick up my package just to find out it’s not there. I’d love to call and see if they have my package, but the automated phoneline refuses to help you unless you have all the information I would have had on the attempted delivery slip they forgot to leave me.
