I have my work badge with my name on it on my shirt, I have the email for the order , invoice of the purchase, and a debit card with my name on it - my name was on the package, the gentleman behind the counter refused to allow me my package , despite everything because I did not have my drivers license on me - laughed at me because I said well I guess I’m out of luck tonight stating well you’ll be waiting until after new years. Wonderful customer service, I could really feel the compassion in his chuckle .
