Avoid this post office at all costs. There are better, friendly, more efficient options nearby. A few of my personal reasons for limiting my interactions with this post office unless absolutely necessary. The fact that the employee was reaching over on the touch screen and pressing the “Satisfactory service/Smiley face” during each transaction, instead of letting the customer decide how they think the transaction went, is probably not the most ethical business structure. Beyond that, I’ve successfully shipped over 1,000 items as part of a side hobby over the years. Out of those shipments I’ve had the post office reject 5 of them. Want to guess which post office stamped them and sent them back to me? I contacted eBay to make sure I wasn’t missing a new rule, showing them I met all the requirements of their usps shipping standards (size, weight, thickness), and eBay agreed that my shipment shouldn’t have been rejected. I reprinted the packing slips, took the items to another post office nearby, and they shipped successfully. Getting passports was an absolute pain here as well. My wife and I daughter went to get passports on a scheduled appointment. When we showed at our time for the appointment the lady who handles passports was not there. She showed up 20 minutes late and then proceeded to have a poor attitude with us the entire time we were there, like we were inconveniencing her. When my son and I got our passports, we went to a library nearby instead, and had a great experience.

I was waiting on a very important package I knew was getting delivered this morning. I walked out to the mailbox seconds after the post office vehicle pulled away only to discover a note that said my package couldn’t be delivered because it needed a signature. I was standing right here and could have easily signed it but they didn’t even try to deliver it. They made NO attempt to reach me or check if I was home. In fact there were cars parked here making it obvious someone was home. The excuse written on the slip was “snowy drive” which by the way is not even an option on the checkboxes for reasons it wasn’t delivered. In addition, I drive in and out of this driveway every day. Yes, it’s winter. Yes, there’s a little bit of snow and ice. Yes, you can drive in and out of our driveway without any problem if you are an even moderately competent driver. Yet no attempt was made AT ALL to deliver my package. Extremely disappointing. What’s that old motto? Oh yeah, “"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” Not anymore, now you just get a not saying “snowy drive” if it looks even remotely inconvenient for them. Pitiful.

Just watched clerk 10 - Dee throw my package instead of walking the couple steps to handle it with care. Normally have few issues here, but this is unacceptable.

Had a piece of mail to sign for. My husband was in the drive working on the car when she came up and never said a word to him. Our security camera showed she barely knocked on the door and as I got to the door as she was getting back into her vehicle. She took off as fast as she could once she saw us.

I have never had so many issues sending or receiving mail through any other post office.
