- BBBrad BemisJan 29, 20261.0I have been trying to get my passport done for the past month but can't seem to make an appointment because every time I schedule an appointment it gets cancelled an hour before. I made another appointment for today only to get up there to have her tell me the passport lady wasn't in today. I have to have this passport by mid-march. This has been a month of this crap. So then i tried to call and make an appointment with the next local passport place they are backed up because this place can't do their job. Very unprofessional business. I don't understand why they can't reach out and contact me to let me know hey you should probably try and make an appointment somewhere else instead of wasting my time and hopefully not stuck paying for a trip I can't go on because people are incompetent.

Was then told there is nobody there to handle the appointment. No call to me was received for cancellation. Cler of Courts is booked full because of this post office's negligence. Needs shut down or just fire all incompetent employees, especially the supervisor.
