- EEEMar 10, 20261.0Carrier marked package delivered. I have security cameras: the carrier did not come down my street much less deliver any package. What did the carrier do with my package? The Carrier marked it "delivered and handed to resident." My security cameras show the carrier did not come down the street, much less to my house, much less a neighbor's house, and no idea who they gave my package to. Because the carrier marked it delivered the merchant cannot refund it. I'm filing a formal complaint against the carrier and including security footage to confirm the carrier never stopped much less delivered it. Do not use the post office in this area. This is not the first time this has happened. The carrier also leaves other people's mail in our box and our mail in other people's box. Not everybody is a good neighbor. Some neighbors get other people's mail and open it, some neighbors get our mail and keep it without giving it to us. You have a very dishonest, incompetent, carrier in this area.
