  Avoid this place at all costs! Dawn Byrd has repeatedly ignored me for the last two times. Everytime she's scheduled to talk to me with me over the phone, she's busy or she forgot about me. There are better temp employment agencies that will place you in a job quicker than this woman. She doesn't have the decency to follow up with customers. She will you high and dry. You are just another customer, who desperately needs a job, to her. Do not ever schedule over the phone or see her in person. She doesn't care about us. It's just a job to her.

  TRN has been nothing but professional, caring, and by-the-book. They dont just care about their clients like other agencies, they put employees first. Wherever I had any kind of issue, they got back to me very quickly and did their best to resolve the issue ASAP. They actually listen to your concerns. Thank you Dawn

  This is my first time working with any sort of agency and from the minute I walked through the door I knew I made a great move. I was welcomed fast and with smiles from Kyla Givens. Throughout the interview process and thereafter she made sure to answer any and everything question I had. Big or small. Also the company I’ve been placed with is awesome! Something right along the lines of my strengths. 10/10 would recommend!
