I was offered assistance with the right envelope and address label for my passport application as soon as I walked in by Arnold and he allowed me to use his stapler to attach my passport photo. Thank you for taking the time to make this a great experience, Arnold!

Then they took the mail that I was sending out that day and showed me that the mail should be able to bend and they proceeded to bend all my mail in half. I understand the policy but I have cards in the mail and can you imagine receiving a birthday card that is bent in half. I understand if things are bent but deliberately doing it in front of the customer is just terrible. I felt sick and super upset.

The Post Master threatened to have me arrested and my car towed for talking to someone for less than 3 minutes in the parking lot! The worst post office I've ever went to and I'll never return! Strongsville isn't that far away!
