  The woman at the front desk is rude. We're here every 2 weeks and even when you say Hello, she doesn't greet customers. Almost makes you feel like you are inconveniencing the worker by asking for help. Most of the time we just run in, drop off at the self service, luckily.

  Needed to mail a small package. Because of inclement weather we called the store first to make sure it was open. This was Monday, Jan 26 the day after a Sunday winter storm. Recording came on that said the store was open. Traveled to the store and the doors were locked, so it was closed. Other people were also trying to bring packages to the store and had to go home. Note that other businesses on the strip were open and the parking lot was shoveled. It is very rude to the customer not to change your recording if you are unexpectedly closing.

  I came by for some returns. The girl with the black and white hair was very kind and efficient.

  I walked right up to the counter at with no wait. A very polite young lady took all my package information and got me on my way in under 5 minutes. I will go to this location again !

  Staff in this facility are pleasant, make eye contact and are friendly. The staff are knowledgeable and very efficient at their jobs. The line moves quickly and they package and wrap quickly
