- TFTammy FarrrenkopfMar 21, 20181.0Absolute rudest counter staff ever. After current personal changes took effect this has become the worst office in this area to deal with. Funny that Phillipsburg is still able to treat customers in the hometown fashion. After close to 40 years of having a p.o. box in this office, we are watching over to our st address. The less we have to deal with the new counter lady the happier we'll be. I've seen higher iq's and more movement out of a house plant.
