  They need to hire more help. Always only 1 worker assisting customers, and always a long line and wait. Also the store is a mess. On a plus side, workers have always been friendly and very helpful.

  I started to return for Amazon, which only allowed me to return the item to this UPS store. I was exasperated when the clerk told me I had to pay four dollars for printing a label. I was very exasperated stating that I never had to pay for printing a label for a return to Kohl’s and said “OK fine go ahead”. He pushed the package back and said he was refusing service to me because I was disrespectful. I was not disrespectful. I did not raise my voice. I did not direct anything directly at him. I only said go ahead. I am 72 years old and have been in customer service my entire life and have never been treated so badly in a store. I will never step foot in here again! I suggest everyone find another place to return their items if they don’t want to hassle.

  Store manager is very unhelpful and needs to go back for training on how to treat customers and have a better attitude and response when helping others. I personally would not have him manage anything for me.. other staff employees were very, very kind and helpful, their Manager is not.. I will continue to do business with this store, but not its manager.

  excellent customer service across the board! from shipping to packing, the UPS Store associates have been very helpful in facilitating and executing any shipping or printing demands!
