This worker was alone with a line of 15 people consistently wrapping around this shoebox sized store and we waited for 20 minutes. It's the holidays... You know the volume to expect. This store is always busy when we stop in, but having one worker during holiday volume is poor management. All the staff I've had there have always been great, but this store clearly suffers from poor scheduling and a desire to run on a skeleton crew.

That took 10 minutes. While they were back there I heard someone else in the back laughing who could have came to the front to help the other line of customers awaiting to be helped. I did try what they call The kiosk. I did that after standing there for 5 minutes and it was out of paper. After I was helped, the employee said to take a picture of the return label because she couldn’t give me a receipt for it.
