- BDBailey DowneyJan 6, 20261.0Three packages in a row “We never got them or have any data of your packages”. I have video evidence my lady dropped them into your box or hands. You have a lawsuit coming. Packages don’t just disappear.
- PKPatti KrivoshDec 9, 20231.0Because I was shipping international packages, the clerk would not wait on me because it would take "too long and she was the only one there!" There was one man in the post office that had a question at the time. She said she was "not allowed to provide that service as per her postmaster." I tried to explain that I had gotten up early to get there before they closed and I did not think it was fair, but it did not phase her. Regardless of what service customers need, they should be served in the order of their arrival, even if it takes a little longer. I went to the Sharon PO where there was one person working, she processed my packages in 15 minutes while there was a line of people behind me. Very inconvenient and annoying!

Also, they refuse service for the dumbest reasons. I ship the same exact way 6 days per week through Vienna but Brookfield wouldn’t take the package- drive it straight to Vienna and they took it no problem as they always do. This post office either needs retrained or shut down and use neighboring offices for future business!
