Sell on eBay and at the post office several times every week and never had a bad experience (have seen them deal with "bad / rude" customers an still remain professional & helpful). And it is not easy to deal with a large variety of customers every day all day and still remain upbeat

I called the post office and talked to a Ms. Jones who was no help, very mean person and nasty. Didn't care to help me at all, told me whatever its says online that's call she can go by. I wish i had a job where I'm paid to be mean to customers. Ms. Jones was a waste of time.
