I’ve had 10-12 packages misdelivered in the past few months. They’ve had problems with permanent carriers. There was one guy who delivered 3 of my packages to the wrong address. The third time he had to go bring my package he said “you would think I would remember by now “. Yeah you would think! What’s sad is they will put my mail in my mailbox but put packages on other people’s porches. Maybe they should use the GPS on their cellphone instead of texting and social media. The USPS as a whole isn’t what it used to be. My mother recently had to wear a heart monitor. Her doctor told her to make sure she does NOT return it via USPS because they tend to get lost in the mail. Sad! Updated: one month later and another misdelivered package. Call and spoke with the postmaster who said she would contact the carrier to go pick up my package and deliver it to me. That did not happen. The neighbor whose house it was left at found the package the following morning and he delivered it to me. I went to the post office to complain and told the postmaster that the carrier did NOT forget my package and deliver it to me. She acted surprised and said she must have delivered it to the wrong address again. I told her that she never attempted to retrieve it and the neighbor did her job for her. Once again I was given the pie excuse that it not a regular carrier. Sorry but that is getting really old. I’ve lived at the same address for over 30 years and have had several different UPD and FedEx delivery people and not one of them ever delivered a package to the wrong address. Again, these young, lazy, could care less about how they do their job need to simply read the address on the package and if they can’t figure out where the address is then stop texting or close the social media app off and use the navigation app on their phone.

They have delivered numerous packages to the wrong address in just the past few months. Ever since they moved our regular carrier Connie, to a different route, this is happening on a regular basis. What’s even worse is the postmaster even tried to blame Connie for one of the wrongfully delivered packages. When I called him out for blaming her, he said it was my fault for expecting the package to be delivered on the scheduled delivery date even though I paid for expedited delivery. With service like that, and supervisors like that, it’s no wonder people are turning away from using USPS.
