She seems as if she didn’t want to be at work. All she talked about was being off and when it would slow down, some people just shouldn’t work in Customer Service. Maybe it’s time for her elderly self to retire.

And when the prompt on the credit card reader comes up about the service you had he reaches over and does it for you on the keypad. I know jobs are stressful however you ARE indeed getting paid!
