I don't like this post office, very rude and condescending staff.

I have had the unfortunate experience where the mail carrier decided I don't live at my current address. I got a letter today that said return to sender, person not at this address. Fortunately it stayed in my box for me to get it. The address and name are correct and I have lived here 4 years. I know some of my mail has been returned to sender, because at X-mas time I had relatives asking if I got cards, etc. when I said no, my brother got the X-mas card returned a couple weeks after Christmas. Same scenario written in large bold letters, this person does live here return to sender. I get lots of other mail with the same name and address, so I don't understand. I tried to call and after several attempts I got a customer service person who barely spoke English, obviously they source out those evil customer calls to someone in a different country. Not happy

I scheduled a package pickup, got an email saying my package was picked up, and it was still sitting there on my porch. I run a small business out of my home, I don't have time to do the runaround with mail carriers who don't know how to do their jobs.

I ordered an item to be delivered to my place but instead of delivering it or even attempting they updated tracking 4 hours after they were closed on Saturday that I was supposed to pick it up from the office and since they are closed on sundays I now have to wait 2 extra days to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered
