They always get my orders correct and they are super efficient. The number one thing that brings me back is there friendly nature. There is another person that works in the copying area that is not as personable and I usually wait until Zack comes in to check on my orders. Being friendly, personable, and helpful are the main reason I work with Zack. I wish I could remember the BGSU students name. She is very nice, as well. Both Zack and her are great at getting to a "Yes!" with customers. The other one, not so much.
- VVvicDec 5, 20225.0absolutely saved my life. had a poster i needed to print and realized this too late, the media center at BGSU takes 2 days to print and i wouldn't have had it ready in time. found out staples does same-day printing, placed an order and it was ready much quicker than i thought it would be. person at the front desk was super nice and let me look at it to make sure it looked good before i left. very good quality print and definitely worth the price. so happy with my experience and 100% will be printing from here again. ❤
