A gentleman who worked there offered no assistance and made the entire process much more difficult than it needed to be.i think it’s funny I have to give at least one star. This place isn’t deserving of anny customer service recognition ant all. Eventually a staff member was able to somewhat help her but to no avail. It’s obvious your business model will soon fold as I’m sure people don’t use staples for anything other than printer cartridges. However, in the meantime I would highly suggest not returning Amazon products at this store and just using UPS. This store will not help you if you have any questions
