I called from out of state and spoke with Jackie, and she was wonderfully kind and helpful to work to locate a package I'd sent to Botkins, but upon which I had mis-written the zip code. She was cheerful, helpful, efficient and completely worked to solve the problem, even though I had made the mistake. I am truly thankful for the excellent customer service. Thank you, Jackie!
