I had 4 orders to return and it was a mess to get through.. she was very patient and actually waited on several other customers while I was trying to do some on my own.. the owner ( I’m assuming) began chastising me for not having my orders ready when I got there. Publicly and loudly in front of now a long list of customers… while I realize that it might have been inconvenient.. I appreciated the assistance of the very kind employee. I am sure he was using me as an example to the 5 or 6 people in line telling me that I should have had all the orders ready before I entered the building. All my previous experiences at this facility have been kind and helpful.. this experience was not .. this person that chastised me was neither kind or helpful .. he tried to humiliate me and embarrass me in front of other customers … he in not a businessman or should he be in customer service!!! Shame on you.. had you pulled me aside and talked to me quietly and politely I wouldn’t have had to write this review!!
