- SDShelby DerstineDec 6, 20191.0I only come here when I really have to. If I do it's only to drop off boxes that already have pre-paid labels on them. They are always trying to sell you things. A couple times they made me repackage my item saying it wasn't packaged good enough and said I could have them do it instead for a small fee, so I said that's alright i'll just bring it back. Had to leave and drive all the way back which was inconvenient for me. USPS or UPS never had a problem with my packing in the 10+ years of shipping. Once again another issue with this place.. one of the workers had an issue with the label that I printed out from home said the label was too small to scan. Said I had to go home to print out a bigger label.. each time it would print out the same size.. I canceled the label and changed it to get dropped off at ups. This place is awful!!! I went to ups and asked them if it were an issue they said no and even if it were they could manually enter the number. Which I’m sure could have been done here.
