- NXNinth XoticOct 24, 20231.0The mail delivery drivers are extrremly polite. However the phone systems are almost impossible to get through. I live outside of Bluffton. My mail does not get picked up reguarly. I have tried several times to contact them via the numbers provided by Google. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer your call. I live inside their service and typically have to call Findlay rather than Bluffton to obtain their number. I have been to the location to address this, its been years and it still has not been fixed.

They can even take your picture. As a bonus, the employees were very personable, and I actually enjoyed my time there. Thank you for a great experience!

I live closer to the Findlay post office but I would much rather drive a bit farther to Bluffton any day of the week!!! (If you’ve been to the Findlay PO you know why!!!).
