- NXNinth XoticOct 24, 20231.0The mail delivery drivers are extrremly polite. However the phone systems are almost impossible to get through. I live outside of Bluffton. My mail does not get picked up reguarly. I have tried several times to contact them via the numbers provided by Google. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer your call. I live inside their service and typically have to call Findlay rather than Bluffton to obtain their number. I have been to the location to address this, its been years and it still has not been fixed.

This was my first time dealing with Passport issues and I messed some things up. Instead of telling me to come back when I had things in order and completed, she kindly took it in stride and just helped me complete everything right then! The world needs more people like her.....
