  I used this location several times in the last 2-3 months and always had great service. Just today they helped me bring my large box into the store. Thank you!

  I’m frequently here and do business with Fed Ex to print items for my work and send things back through Fed Ex. The male that works the front desk is extremely unpleasant, extremely rude. I can tell he hates his job. I went in today to print off two pieces of paper and it cost me $13.43. He literally said, “if you need this picture enlarged, I’ll have to charge you. I go to look at the receipt, and he charged me over $8.00 and some change just to make a picture better. I’m sorry, I will no longer be doing business with Fed Ex. If your employees can’t be nice to customers that are sounding money there, I’ll take it else where.

  I had a package here that was held for pickup. Due to a FedEx error, only 1 of 2 packages were here, the other was in Lebanon. Store was empty with 2 associates working. Neither were interesting in assisting in any way and just shrugged it off. Very poor customer experience. I recommend using other services to ship to your customers so that you can avoid frequent issues experienced with FedEx.

  I arrived at the Blue Ash FedEx location exactly at 6:55PM. I parked just steps from the main entrance, and as I got out of my car, I saw a man locking the front door. I only needed to drop off a pre-labeled FedEx package, which should have taken less than a minute, right? I tapped on the door, holding up my package, since the posted hours are until 7:00 PM. He ignores me and shuts off all the lights. I absolutely cannot stand it when any business closes before the posted hours….. UPDATE - As I am typing this review, the guy walks out the front door and locks it. I roll my window down and say “I'm sorry that I'm the same person that pulled up when you were locking the door, I just need to drop off this pre labeled package, is that ok?” He states that he is legally allowed to lock the door at 6:55 and that I should have arrived here earlier. I asked him why he had ignored me earlier and he carried on about the time being 6:55 when I arrived then called me an asshole. I'm sure I said some things after this but I'm human. No more FEDEX for me or my business and, if I have the time to stop by this location next week to get this young man’s name, I will write another review just for him.
