The man who ended up helping seemed very bothered that I didn't know what I was doing. Gave me a quick response to my question..."Well, all you have to do..." in a belittling tone of voice. I left the store and went around the corner to UPS Office where a very friendly lady helped me. UPS will get my business for now on.
- EME MorrisonMar 3, 20191.0The lamination services are complete trash, and customer service is as well. First the website doesn't say that its a "Self Service". Didn't find that out until I got there. If there is an option to have it professionally done by a staffer I wasn't given that option when telling the clerk the service I desired. I walked over to the laminator. Read all the instruction, and proceeded to laminate 4 sprayground tags from off my daughters backpack, and matching purse. I was able to laminate all 4 on one sheet however the sealing is awful as it's not air tight, has bubbles, and the edges have pockets. You see the pockets in the pictures. They look like white reflective spots. Nope they're pockets. Anyway, after it went threw I took the entire sheet to the register to have it cut. I was told that is self service and the cutter is back off in the corner. Went to use the cutter that had little to no instructions and nipped one of the damn sprayground tags. That backpack, and purse were like $375 and nipping that tag now automatically voids the warranty of a limited edition sprayground purchase. So if either fail I cant send them back now. I'm hot as fish grease about this. I had to hand cut the tags when I got to work to ensure the other 3 weren't compromised. I'm going back to UPS!
