If you have a question about postage or delivery times etc, if she can't answer herself, she will find out and call you at home with the answer. She is always so pleasant and treats you like you are the only customer...and always with a smile!

I just went to mail an envelope of papers to my daughter and asked how much it would be and the individual "working" there took it coming back with it postmarked for $3.50!!!! Say WHAT? I was expecting it to be like .75 which it probably would have been in a regular envelope but she said because it was padded it wound up costing me 5x the cost! Are you kidding me? There she says "I thought you knew" after she obviously did not hear me asked how much it would be in the first place!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid people! Last time I am going to use this place...gonna stick to Meijers...at least they know what thwy are doing!
