Ok so depending on the driver my packages either gets A: delivered to my door as instructed, (which is only maybe half the time) B: not delivered at all and their excusses are 1.-The truck got messed up while being loaded, 2.-The driver was new and couldnt make the whole route in time (god forbid the driver puts in a little extra time to finish the route), or 3. They leave mine and my neighbors packages on the ground outside in the snow instead of walking a few more feet to open the lobby door and place our stuff in front of our apartment doors OUT OF THE SNOW. And what really gets under my skin, because they dont want to take responsibility, they add a note in their system that says "entry not accessible or blocked" i asked why they do that and their responce is "they had to put something in the system" so shift blame on us to cover your own backside. Nice.. Today i got a message thay said "Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up." I NEVER TOLD THEM TO DO THAT.
Not to mention that I and the other 3 tenants that live in my building have to exchange each others mail back to the person its supposed to go to because they just shove it in which ever mailbox they feel like. Ive lived here for over 6 years, complained multiple times, and it has not gotten any better since the day i moved in here

Devin did a great job helping with all questions and made sure everything was taken care of. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor with all customers, all while training a new employee. All workers were polite and helpful. A nice experience. Thank you!
