Apparently it came to Beverly facility where it was suppose to be & then was sent to Lowell facility for no apparent reason. When I checked my tracking # to find out why my medication wasn't here yet, I saw it was sent to Lowell. I went to Beverly, the girl was very helpful & Lowell still had it. So I had to drive all the way to Lowell to get my package. That guy was very, very rude when I asked him what the hell happened? Unbelievable how horrible USPS is! If I wouldn't have checked, just in time, my medication would have been sent back to Optium.
