Completed the "where's my package" online 2 days in a row and it doesn't work either, wants me to "try again later". Guess I'll have to leave work early (in Blue Ash) and drive to the Bethel post office to inquire where my package is... Very frustrating!

First off, she is elderly and is always home. No one attempted to deliver it to her. it was not left at her home or at the mailbox. Instead it says it was ATTEMPTED which is a LIE. Then I had to track the package which they said was in Bethel but then when you clicked the messaging it said to pick up at the Felicity Ohio post office. I had to contact someone near my mother who DOES NOT DRIVE, go to the Felicity post office to be told it was not there and to go to Bethel. bethel then says oh it is out for delivery but funny the official USPS site says it is sitting in Bethel to be picked up. In this time of Covid and having aging parents you do not live near, it would be nice if things sent could be delivered as they are supposed to. Plus the other day, I had sent her a large package of protein drinks and the driver shoved them into her mailbox almost breaking the mailbox with the box hanging out of the mailbox and then the driver tied rubber bands around it to keep it from falling out. I just do not understand. The original driver always served my parents well. the replacements not so much. And now we wait to see where the package I sent is and if it ever gets delivered.
