I was just in another room a few feet away, I would have heard & responded if the delivery driver had just knocked on the door. Just because a driveway is empty does not mean that nobody was home. I'd been pacing and also standing in place for over 2 hours waiting for a package I was expecting and not once did I hear the door get knocked on, I even had the blinder on the front door window open so I would've seen if someone was there while pacing back and forth every 5 minutes. Instead what happened was while I was pacing I only noticed a sticky note on the door saying "Sorry we missed you". Again, had the Delivery Driver knocked on the door I would have heard it. If he did knock then it was such a light tap on the glass that nobody would've heard it at all. Now I'm forced to either come in tomorrow Saturday to try and pick up my package if there even is enough time for office hours pickups on Saturdays and forced to pay for a pickup that should have been delivered today, or waiting till next Monday for a second attempt at delivery. I can't express my frustration enough at this.
