- SKSharon KoenigDec 8, 20255.0Such great service at the Bellevue post office. I never have to wait long and the employees are always friendly. I had a lot of Christmas packages and used a mesh tote to haul them in but I left the tote in the lobby. To my surprise, there it was on my front porch! I thought it was gone for good!! Thank you who ever delivered it!!

- GJGrace JettMar 24, 20251.0Mail comes once a week, so my mail box is overfull, or our mail is never picked up in time to send out our bills! Documents with big red letters that say DO NOT FOLD or DESTROY come you guessed it Folded or Destroyed! Packages come stuffed in the mailbox destroying the content inside! Mind you I have a delivery box that I have told all the rural drivers about! We get packages that do NOT belong to us! No one answers the phone when we call! If I could give zero stars i would!

It is causing stress not getting his mail. The loop trying to get help keeps coming back to Bellevue Post Office. They are covering for each other and he is not being helped. An audit needs to be done and this company needs to be investigated.
- MBMarcia BeveridgeOct 18, 20221.0I frequently ship packages and take them to the Bellevue location for the last 2 years.There has never been labels readily available to fill out and put on packages. There is always the same woman with blondish hair behind the counter and she never says hello or is at counter when you walk in. I dread having to ask her for a label everytime. She seems mad when I ask and doesn't say a word to me, just puts it up on counter. I get she may be busy doing other task, but she can at least acknowledge a customer. When she does speak to you (because she has to), she is not friendly and acts like you are a bother. I have never seen her smile. I surely hope that whatever situation is making her so sour is resolved soon. We all deserve to be happy and we all deserve respect and kindness. Paying customers help keep places open. The USPS is already struggling as it is. Update:Went here again. No positive changes at this post office. Misery must love company because the lady working in the back was yelling to her mean coworker in the front about being "sick of her, I don't care if her husband is sick". She had to know there was a customer upfront, I rang the bell for service and she obviously knew her coworker was upfront with me. The lady that "helped" me was rude and acted like she was annoyed I was even there. (Blonde lady, frown face). Don't expect decent customer service here. They act like they are doing you a favor. If your hiring , let me know... I would be happy to smile and provide good service to people.
