So, reasonably and not at peace with the excuse given to me, I asked again why -- fairly politely considering the situation -- and I was told to exit the post office. I did. I have to walk to get my packages from the post office because they will not do their jobs. Customer service will not help me. They provided a scripted reply and cannot help. They did not consider anything I had to say. They lied as well and they also would not admit to lying. I said to her: If you do not know or cannot help, then tell me that. So I will have to keep walking to retrieve my packages.
