They make you to do the things they are supposed to do, like getting the label sleeves from the shelf, putting shipping labels on the packages, etc. And they command you to do these like they are the boss. Take your business to other locations that are more customer friendly.

It was my son's day off work, so he sat here waiting. It never showed. We got a email sayin the package would be delivered Wednesday October 1st between 8am - 1pm. I was late to work waitin for it. Around 10:30 am we got another email saying the package won't be delivered until between 2pm - 8 pm! So I left for work & arranged for my Mom to be here from 2pm - 8pm. My Mom arrived early at 1:50 pm. When she got to the door there was a door tag from Fed Ex saying "We missed you". Thursday came & went by with no updates or communication. When I tracked the package it said it was being delivered today Friday October 3rd by 8 pm. I called to make sure it would in fact be delivered today by 8pm & I was told "yes". I again stayed home & lost a entire day of work! Here we are after 8 pm and my package is NOT delivered!!! I am beyond disgusted & completely fed up with Fed Ex! The Bedford OH Fed Ex is where my package is stuck & just sitting!
