1/6/26 evening approx. 7:45pm - 8pm. There were 5 people in line. 1 person in the front was waiting for a package she was told was there to be picked up. The attendant left to go in the back to find her pick. He disapprefir 10-15min to search the items where about. We all stood out int h e lobby waiting. No other attendant came out to cover the person who went to the back. No one doing this is unacceptable. Poor customer service. The message to the rest of us standing there for ever was we did not matter. FedEx could careless. After a while a 2nd person comes in but he said the 2nd computer did work. So he was useless. The lady in the front of the line was then ask to step to the side. Someone was looking for her item. I heard her say this was the 2nd time she has come in to pick up an item(cell phone). The attendant then also not able to locate her item.
FedEx-Bedford OH you hsve to do better. I get its hard to find good hard working people. But maybe training on simple customer service and being efficient when their short handed. Using common since would have been helpful. Ridiculous!!! This is a training and accountability issue.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
First they say they couldn't deliver my package when I was home and watched the driver just drive by.
Than I call too make sure its ready before I go pick it up and they assured me it was.... When I get there I get the rudest employee who acted like I was bothering him by asking for my package.
After 15 minutes of him disappearing in the back he tells me oh its in the bin there's too many packages in there to go through come back tommrrow.
This is ridiculous and not a one off event. It happens every time I deal with FedEx. Whenever one of our companies we deal with uses FedEx I beg theme to please considwr another carrier and avoid these headaches.

Employees here all get some sort of attitudes, and it’s like you are bothering them when bringing business to them and being their paying customers. What !!!
They make you to do the things they are supposed to do, like getting the label sleeves from the shelf, putting shipping labels on the packages, etc. And they command you to do these like they are the boss.
Take your business to other locations that are more customer friendly.
