In and out every time. Parking sucks sometimes but meh, it's worth having a convenient place to ship from.

The people at the UPS store inherently at this particular one every other time you go to any place Kohl’s any place for Amazon returns and people are so nice to you at this one. They act like that that they’re doing you a big favor by taking these things, the only reason the UPS store in Beavercreek Ohio is still in existence is because they got a lucrative contract with Amazon. Have they not gotten it these girls wouldn’t even have a job yet the girls at the counter are so rude. They think it’s funny to send people away to try to go get another box even when you bring in a perfectly fine crush resistant box not some joke not paper thin and they say it’s not good enough because it has like a mark like a name on it not other shipping labels not anything else just it’s a box that was once used for alternative purposes and it doesn’t violate any sort of order anywhere at all except for there and but only at certain times with certain people and again it really goes back to the fact that they’re laughing because they think it’s funny to send people away and to be rude at this particular location. I’m ashamed I love Amazon so much and I love that that you can return things but Amazon should take a real hard look at who they’re outsourcing you because UPS and I’ve heard from other people all across the country. That’s the UPS returns that are always problematic. It’s never a problem at any of the other places that Amazon is partnered with they’re polite, their professional they bend over backwards to help you even though it’s not even their product this UPS store you really need to rethink the people that you have working there it’s the most unprofessional ridiculous scenario I’ve ever seen, and there was a girl, the young girl there that was a heavier in weight I don’t know her name. They didn’t tell me it with curly hair that was African-American that was extraordinarily rude, extraordinarily rude and continued to be rude even in the presence of the manager, where the manager had to ask her to please stop the manager didn’t want to give me your name so I have no other way to identify this person other than by looks and your hair which was curly and long and she wore glasses and honestly, there’s no way you should retain that person

It's truly amazing to me that every single time I go in here, even if it's only for an Amazon return, The staff is rude, contrary, and go out of their way to make my life harder. Today I was told that even though I had already boxed up and paid for the postage on a UPS box that they could not take it. Why? Because it was in " a retail box ". A retail cardboard box. The only difference in the box was that it had pretty ink on the outside. It was completely packed and ready to go for shipping but they still refused me. If I could avoid this particular location for the rest of my life it wouldn't be too soon.
