- CNCyrus Taylor (null)Mar 6, 20263.0According to the Beachwood police blotter, there seems to be a big, ongoing problem with checks being stolen from the outside and drive-up mailboxes, and washed/rewritten. If you visit, be sure to take the extra minute to park and drop your mail inside. That said, I've never had any problem here - the staff is usually really friendly and helpful, and it's never been uncomfortably crowded. The problem seems to be limited only to the outside boxes.

Lacked general respect and decency answering a very simple question/mailing request. There was not anyone else in line, either, so it was not as if he was stressed about volume. Very disappointing! Do better!
