Carrier cannot sort. Why don't you just put all of the Cahoon Ledges mail in a box and we will sort it. That way we will get the correct mail to our house.

This is the Worst Post Office on planet Earth! If you want a package lost or broken this is your place!! The staff here at the Bay Village Post Office is collectively the most incompetent and inept group ever assembled. In total, they have managed to lose 7 packages in less than one month’s time! Just yesterday I stopped by in person (Again) to collect another of our Lost parcels and was so excited to hear that they had found one of the packages that I was looking for. To my dismay, the package they found was not the package I was looking for, but yet another package that they had misplaced and had in their facility for over a week!! I requested to speak with the manager, Loretta, who was once again out of the office and unavailable so I left my name and information for the fourth time. As of this writing, Loretta has not Followed up with me. To anyone reading this Review, If you live nearby this post office do not use it. I highly recommend sending all parcels and packages through UPS or FedEx.

I like the workers at this location but who ever designed this post office should be fired. You have to enter through 3 doors which open towards outside. When you have multiple boxes, it can be a challenge holding the boxes and opening the doors. Most post offices have the doors pushing in. Also, they have in front parking which is a nice feature, but there is a fire hydrant in between signs at the end. Why would they even have the additional sign if no one could park there anyway? LOL, just my thought!
