- RLRay LongAug 31, 20201.0They ALWAYS mis deliver packages or mail. They take no responsibility for damaged packages even if you have proper insurance (You have to jump through hoops to file a claim and its always denied) Use ups for all package services!

First time in over 500 shipped packages this has happened. Was told rudely to "take it somewhere else. " I cannot wait for FedEx and UPS to finish burying these fools. And people wonder why the post office loses money every year...
