I would rate this 0 stars if possible because of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Our mailman frequently leaves fragile items in front of our garage in the rain rather than walk the 10 steps to our covered porch. He has missed delivery's with no reason given and he did not even try to come to the door. They are lazy, inconsiderate and a waste of tax dollars. 0/5 Stars, would move just to get my mail consistently.

It boggles my mind why I get the neighbors full mail delivery at times. Minimal staff or not, you're getting paid to do a job that affects many people. Maybe that's why it took over 3 weeks for a piece of mail to finally get to Columbus for what became a late payment. Pay attention to detail please.

Friendly staffing. Very nice people. It took just over a week for my mail, dropped off at this office, to arrive at a high school 20 miles away. Time sensitive volunteer form and it took 5 business days for an address in the same county? I also have sent out mail to Indiana which took even longer (expected due to out of state mailing, but doubled the arrival time?). I would like to say it isn't this office because they are very kind and helpful, but I do not have these snail mail arrival issues with Lancaster or Amanda's post offices'. And I have repeatedly used them to send mail to the same locations. If you have time sensitive information you must send through Baltimore, make sure to get a certificate of mailing and send early if at all possible!
