- SSsnowMar 16, 20261.0Terrible place.. dropped items off yesterday on Sunday 3-15-26 .. still 24 hours later nothing has been scanned.. the employees can't even do their jobs.. that is their job to scan it when it leaves the post office.. I have no idea where my items are at.. what's the point of barcodes to track packages if they never scan it? SMH pathetic.. they get paid all that money to not do a job that's not that hard.. I should know.. I've worked for the USPS before.. DO BETTER! And make sure when people drop off packages in the chute after hours that the items will go in without it backing up! And if course on 3-17 .it still has not been scanned.. even though the person at the 1 800 number claims it will still arrive on time.. they do not scanned packages leaving this post office if you just drop them off and don't go to a clerk! If your selling stuff through eBay or some other shop... Just know to take the items to the clerk to be scanned .. otherwise it probably won't be scanned until it gets delivered and your customers will not know if you really want their merchandise.. and don't bother trying to call this post office.. they never answer! You've all been warned!

- SPShelly P.Feb 4, 20261.0The employees at this location are just rude as hell and absolutely no accountability! I walked out with my "package", which was actually a small manilla envelope but he said it had to be delivered as a package because the contents (which were 2 gift cards) were bulky. Nevermind that I've mailed the same exact envelope with the same contents several times and didn't pay $7.70 for ground package delivery. In October I mailed my daughter-in-law a card for her birthday a week in advance. She didn't receive it until a week after her birthday so when I asked him about the 3 to 5 days delivery they're quoting, he didn't like that. I told him I would take it to UPS (where I never have any issues), he said, "good idea", to which I replied, "no, it's a great idea"! I haven't had any quality customer service from any employee at this location. So, I'll gladly give my money to UPS.
- TCTerra CaputoDec 26, 20251.0Absolutely horrible. Will never use this location again. Tried to charge me $8 for a one ounce envelope because it had a card in it that lifted the middle of the envelope about a millimeter. The man working was both unhelpful and rude.
